“Two of my kitchen outlets stopped working and after some basic troubleshooting - reading voltage and checking the breaker - I decided it was outside of my abilities to repair confidently. Castle was out here in an hour and after checking out the problem area, he traced the issue back to a still functioning outlet that had rusted through in the connection, and thus was tripping out the outlets down the line. I had a light fixture replaced in a walk in closet. Jackson and his assistant showed up on time and even waited 10 minutes with me running behind. He professionally communicated over the phone upon arrival and no one home.

Jackson came prepared with the fixture and proper tools and even drop cloth to ensure everything was tidy. Once my old fluorescent fixture was removed it was wrapped up ensuring a tidy job.

My new LED works great and looks fantastic! Jackson took the additional time for the right fit to cover the existing fixture preventing new paint. After inspection I was completely satisfied.

I already have a few new jobs for them once the projects are within my budget. I will also note the office picks up the phone during hours which is a bonus talking to a real person. They also can provide a range of cost. The trip charge is $180, plus materials and time on the job after one hour I believe.
