hired these people to look for fraud and abuse in a will dispute. could not find the settlement of a wrongful death suit, could not find out how much a trust fund was begun with and a check from the trust was provided an needed a financial report on one of the executors as all funds have been depleted from the trust so says the original trustee. they said this was their specialty. I am out of $1500 as these people in my opinion are scamming on the internet as they are to lazy for real work.

SCAM WARNING: Do NOT waste your money. We paid $2,000 to this private investigator back in January and all they gave us was public information—basic names, addresses, and phone numbers we could’ve found on Google. They claimed to use 15 out of 20 hours of work, but never showed real results, didn’t verify anything, didn’t follow through, and absolutely nothing came from their so-called “investigation.” They now refuse to offer a refund, despite giving us zero useful information. This was a serious case and they completely dropped the ball. We feel robbed and taken advantage of. If you’re considering hiring them, don’t—you’ll regret it.

We retained East Coast to serve a party in Virginia for an Emerg. Hearing in South Carolina. The party was in a rural part of the State, and was expected to be difficult to serve. East Coast moved operations that same day to move an investigator away and out of Richmond to rural NOVA, and got the party served the same night.
East Coast far exceeded my expectations, and I would not ever hesitate to use them again.
