Amazing customer service!! My AC went out last night! 93* upstairs and I have my 86 year old mother living in my house . Called Adam and he showed up with in a hour . Unfortunately my unit was struck by lightning, but (they )Adam included were here till 3:30 am and they left with my new unit running and cooling !!
Eagle Heating and Cooling. Adam Harmon and is team at Eagle Heating & Cooling we’re outstanding! I experienced a scary situation with my HVAC system which included having the fire department condemn the unit. I was lost on who I was going to get to work on my system and get me back up and running. Let’s be honest I LOVE my A/C and I cannot live without it. My neighbor recommended Adam & his team. I reached out the evening it happened and by 8am the next morning Adam was reaching back out to me. He was extremely fast getting to my house with his crew and analyzing the situation. When Terry returned to my home to complete the work he was very professional, knowledgeable and walked us through what he would be doing to replace our unit. I cannot say enough nice things about Adam, Terry and the rest of the team. I’m glad I hires them, they weee extremely nice, reliable, knowledgeable, professional and affordable! If you need work on your heating and cooling system give them a call, 10 out of 10 recommended!
We were headed from Alexandria for the weekend to our home in Va Beach for a fun weekend and found water draining from ceiling! We called in hopes to get in over the weekend since it was so late on a Friday and to our surprise a tech could come out that night by 9!!! Then not only did he fix the issue he explained how to not let it happen again! Can’t recommend this company enough! Amazing service from the moment they answered our call!!!
