My ECM Motor crapped itself and my ductwork was causing issues. I got quotes from 5 different HVAC companies. The first was outrageously high, the rest were reasonable. Not only did Ductman give the best deal out of all of them, but they are class acts. Everyone was respectful, a pleasure to work with, and they got the job done in a timely fashion with a great quality of work. My house heats even better now than before. 10/10 I absolutely recommend them.

Ductman installed our 2 ac units through our builder 2.5 years ago. On April 6 we called multiple times and on April 7 we called multiple times. I didn't get a phone call back until my builder called and I put a review on a website. The owner was rude and disrespectful when he finally spoke to me. He said he would send someone out on April 10 after being unprofessional. The unit was too cold to test. We were told someone would come back out April 11 and he never showed. We contacted the owner again and was told someone would come out April 14. They found something wrong with a part that was under warranty. They charged us $345. It is now April 20 and our ac is not working again. The owner called after leaving messages and said we are all the way in Suffolk and we will just have to get someone else to come fix it, then hung up on my husband! We paid for our ac to be fixed and it's not fixed. They stole $345 from us and left us with a non-working ac unit that they installed initially and supposedly fixed!
