I have to preface this by saying my review is well overdue. I have attended several physical therapy offices in the past, but none have scratched the surface as Virginia Beach Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. From day one, my standard of care has been consistently top notch. The staff are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fully supportive. The overall vibe is always positive and relaxed. After attending a few sessions I got my mom to come. After her first day/consultation she came home with tears of joy and said how wonderful this place is and how she feels heard and taken care of. I saw Michele for Pelvic Floor PT after my first son (C-section) and she helped me reconnect to my body - something that certainly didn't feel possible at the time. I am now seeing her again after my second son was born, (VBAC). Man, a whole new world of healing. Michele's knowledge, personality, and commitment to my all-around health has positively impacted me not just physically but mentally as well. I cannot recommend this place enough!
