I can’t recommend Katie enough! I’ve been seeing her for years and even followed her from her previous location because I trust her that much! She’s my go-to for Brazilian waxes and always makes the experience comfortable and easy. I genuinely look forward to my monthly appointments because I love catching up with her and hearing what’s new in each other’s lives!

I originally started seeing her for waxing, but now I trust her with my facials too! She’s helping me address my skin concerns and regain confidence in my skin. She genuinely cares about her clients and it shows. So grateful for her!

I don’t usually write long reviews. While I don’t know all the ins and outs of salon services, my awesome momma sure does. We live in different states, but the last time she saw me, the first thing she said was “Wow! Who is doing your hair these days? It looks incredible.” She noted it looked healthy, natural, and blended well with my natural hair color and skin tone. So even though I’m not an expert in the cosmetology field, I can still recognize excellence when I come across it.

Katie Ritz is a highly talented aesthetician who delivers a top-tier spa experience in a modern and sophisticated setting. From waxing to facials, the quality of her services far surpasses anything available anywhere else in Hampton Roads and rivals the services and atmosphere provided by spas in Las Vegas and NYC. The salon is assiduously clean, impeccably decorated, and astonishingly quiet. 10/10 — unreservedly recommended!
