Amazing customer service after a snafu with an appointment for my 86 year old mother. Bent over backwards to fix the problem and accommodated us since we were only in town for the day. I was referred to Coastal Hearing & Balance Solutions by my ENT. I arrived and was greeted at the front desk with a welcoming hello and a huge smile.
