Based on the reviews, CityVet | Red Mill Veterinary Clinic & Urgent Care is a vet clinic where the staff is always prompt and helpful. They take care of all fur babies as if they were their own pets. The team is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and professional. They were especially patient with a dog’s anxiety and made both the pet and pet parent feel comfortable. They were able to see a dog quickly and were very thorough in their examination, friendly, professional, and quick. The vibes are good there, and one pet couldn’t have been in better hands. It was a great first visit for a wellness check for a new furry family member. They also took extremely good care of an old lady all last year literally up to her last breath. People have loved having them as their vet clinic and will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future.
The entire staff was nothing but genuinely caring about my cat Malone!! I had to go on Sunday because he hurt him self and I have now found a vet for both of my kittens!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about City Vet and their entire team. They have cared for my furbabies—Ernest, Shakota, and especially Ruger—with such genuine kindness, patience, and compassion.
A very special thank-you goes to Ellen. The love and personal attention she has shown Ruger throughout his health and mobility challenges have meant more to me than I can put into words. She treats him as though he were one of her own, always taking the time to make him feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Knowing he is in her capable and caring hands gives me tremendous peace of mind.

This has been one of the best veterinarian offices that I have ever been to. The people are very courteous. They really care about the animals. I would recommend this place to anybody.
