I was urgently seeking acupuncture treatment and chose this clinic based on their published hours, which clearly stated on Google that they were open until 5:00 PM on Saturday.
I called the office well before the closing time, but my attempt to receive care was immediately shut down. It is extremely frustrating when online business hours are incorrect, especially for a medical or wellness service where people are often in pain or need urgent scheduling.
To make matters worse, the tone of the receptionist I spoke with was a complete turn-off. Their communication was unwelcoming and unhelpful, which only compounded the frustration of the false availability. When seeking holistic care, the interaction with staff is just as important as the treatment itself, and a poor front-desk experience creates an immediate lack of trust.
Based on the inaccurate scheduling information and the unprofessional, unwelcoming tone of the staff, I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable or compassionate care. It was a wasted effort during a time I needed help.

I had my first acupuncture session with Dr. Li last Thursday and was genuinely excited because I’ve been in pain for so long and nothing else has helped. I mentioned that I’ve been using a TENS unit for pain relief, which has left some mild marks—not burns. When she saw them, she said, “You should stop doing that,” in a way that felt very judgmental. It was discouraging, especially since I’m there seeking help, not criticism.
During the appointment, there was very little explanation of what she was doing. She asked me to lie on my side, placed some needles in my back and lower abdomen, and then told me I needed to stay there for 40 minutes. It was quite uncomfortable, and my left side felt numb afterward. I also thought acupuncture was usually done while lying on your back or stomach, so the lack of communication made me uneasy.
I understand it can take multiple sessions to notice improvement, but the overall experience left me feeling dismissed rather than cared for. Because of this, I’ve decided not to return and will look for a practitioner with a better bedside manner and a more compassionate approach.
The waiting area could use some cleaning, as I noticed a few spiders crawling around.

had a very disappointing experience. My appointment felt like a complete waste of time and money. After arriving on time, I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Once seen, I was given no real medical advice beyond being told to “eat bananas for cramps,” while most of the conversation was unrelated chatter about personal topics like boyfriends and fishing.
When we finally went into a treatment room, the provider placed a few needles in just a couple of minutes and then left me alone for another 45 minutes. There was no explanation of how the treatment worked, how it was supposed to help, or what I should expect afterward. I actually left with a headache, rather than relief.
At checkout, I asked a medical question connected to the exam, but instead of receiving a clear answer, I was met with stuttering and evasiveness, leaving me with the impression that the provider lacked knowledge in her own field.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and poorly treated. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

Dr. Li is fantastic. I came to her with shoulder and neck pain for three weeks which was not improving. Within one session I had some relief and was able to sleep comfortably. She had me come back the next day and its continuing to get better and better by the hour. She really knows exactly where and how to address the problem even if you cant exactly articulate it! I am so thankful i called her. She is also so nice and easy to talk to making the whole experience very pleasant. I will continue to go to her for a long time and highly recommend her.

I have seen Dr. Li over several years. No matter what or where I pain in my body she was able to help me to get totally rid of what ever it was. She worked wonders for me after my knee replacement surgery. When I could not rest or get enough sleep her acupuncture treatments were incredible. I highly recommend Dr Li for whatever pain you are experiencing.

I went to see Doctor Li at Chinese Acupuncture after suffering a terrible fall. I strained my leg and hurt my knee and I was in so much pain. Doctor Li has relieved the pain with the Acupuncture. I highly recommend Doctor Li she's amazing.

I am a repeat customer. Years of hard military service wears the back down and (I am not exaggerating here) each session leaves me feeling great. Dr Li has given me a better quality of life, and now I feel good enough to do strengthening exercises and stretches again. Thank you Dr Li!

Dr Li is amazing. Whether she is your first or last stop for pain, you will see a vast improvement. Of course I recommend seeing her first since I had a long list of other specialist who weren’t able to help before finding her. She not only treats the symptoms of pain, but she also helps find root causes and holistic approaches to manage them. This is coming from a retired military guy with a handful of procedures just to get me to retirement. If you are a Vet, I also recommend you reach out to your VA Community Care to get you a referral to her. It’s definitely with a try before going under the knife. I’m serious, she is the best at what she does.
