Stopped by Chesapeake Homes the Willows in April 2025. We were so impressed with the quality of the homes under construction. I've been involved in building for over 30 years and did not see anything I did not like. What sealed it for us was meeting Emily in the sales office. She walked us through the model home and explained how Chesapeake works. It took us six months to sell our home before we could move forward. During that time we made many trips to the complex and spoke to Emily quite a bit. The few times she was not there we met with Sam who helped us and did a great job. Tom Von Hagel, New Homes Specialist with Chesapeake homes at Waterbridge in Myrtle Beach is Amazing! He is polite, knowledgeable, informative, and a great communicator. He guided us and made our out of town move easier and pleasant. He continues to answers questions via email and text quickly and effectively although we moved into the house several months ago. We are thankful to Tom!
