I had a bad bathroom reconstruction experience with a crew that I won’t name (rhymes with “swerve, bro”). After firing them and getting my money back, Cecilia’s came through and turned a bad experience into a great one. I’m beyond satisfied with the quality of work and the timeframe it was completed. My new bathroom looks amazing! The tile work is outstanding and you can tell at first glance that it was installed by a true craftsman. I’ve got a lot more work to do on my house and I’m definitely going to be utilizing Cecilia’s services.
After 2 TERRIBLE bathroom renovations, we decided to go with Hampton Roads Home and Commercial Services for our 3rd and final shower and bathroom renovation (3rd times a charm). The service, communication, and quality of work was phenomenal. I will continue to use them for future jobs. My and husband and are so pleased!
Wow what an excellent experience. Customer service the way it should be. They were on time every day and came back everyday until the job was finished. They replaced subfloor laid new floor replaced the entire shower and bathroom. Replaced the kitchen floor and cabinets. Gave me all new plumbing under the house and it was very affordable. Hard to believe that such a great honest company exists. I highly recommend them. Thanks to Tori and Mario and the rest of the crew.
