The hi-tech wash system automatically dispenses a choice of product, and everything is very straight forward and easy to use. The card reader works fine. At $14, customers get a set amount of minutes to wash and dry their dog. No towels are provided, which adds to drying time. For one reviewer, a medium size, longer hair dog took longer, and when trying to add additional dollars, the machine would not take them. However, another reviewer found the experience perfect for their nervous dog, and they were even able to get both dogs in the wash together. No appointment is needed, just walk in.
