Called 7:45 am on a Sunday. John picked up on the 1st ring. Was very empathetic, knowledgeable and able to explain my options in a professional and caring manner. There wasn't any pressure on what my decision should be. I very good at picking up on sales driven communication. John left it very open and clear and relayed he will be available for additional help and concerns going forward. I called Bug Masters at 8:45 pm and they got back to me by 9pm. Cody was very upfront in what would be included and how the payments would go. He was at my house by 7:15am the next morning and was professional and helpful in explaining what would happen next. He was very thorough. Explained a few different ways we could block the hole in our closet to help keep things out.
