From the very first phone conversation this contractor was professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. He arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, inspected the roof thoroughly, and took the time to explain what he was seeing in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Great customer service and clear communication. Best Roofing was able to come out quickly to look at our roof and provide a clear assessment of what was wrong, including photos. The technician communicated clearly about what needed to be repaired. Felt like they take a lot of pride in their work.
Best Roofing of Virginia truly lives up to their name. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and easy. Communication was clear and consistent, and the team was great to work with. Darren, was especially awesome—professional, responsive, and made everything straightforward.
