Recently, my boy Loki had his bff’s move away and went from feeling like he was part of a pack to being the only dog. He’s never been an only dog. He was super depressed and anxious. I’d never seen him like this before. So he started visiting Ruff House this week for daycare and after the 2nd visit, he started getting excited in the mornings when I was heading to work (like he had a routine now and was expecting to go to daycare). Guess it’s gonna be a thing now since it seems to make him happy. He’s still not his super derpy and playful self, but he’s healing and getting better, and that’s all that matters. I am so happy we found The Ruff House! I have one very outgoing dog and another semi untrusting one so it means the world that the staff can handle and love both. The staff is always extremely sweet and I can tell my dogs have no problem going with them. Also the front lobby remodel looks AMAZING! I love the photos I get after every playtime, I can’t express what an added bonus is when your not with your pets but get to see what them having fun. My husband and I laughed so hard at the funny photos the staff took of us! Vinny clearly enjoyed his time, he has not left the couch since coming home! (Picture below) I tried three other kennels in the VB area before finding them, and I promise I will never go anywhere else!
