Katie runs the company and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, Fair with pricing and extremely responsive whenever you reach out to her. Andrew came out and fixed our heating issue. He was very nice , arrived promptly, described our issue in detail. He even cleaned up as well. I recommend Baja hvac to anyone in the 757 that needs hvac mechanical needs!
