I always looked forward to going to my physical therapy session. To start with , I was drawn to the open, bright and very clean space. Lydia my therapist went above and beyond to help me feel better during very difficult times. I felt at home and even better with a cheerful staff, Grace, making sure I am well attended. Always greeted with a lovely smile by the receptionist (sorry forgot her name). It felt like I had a team of personal trainers and friends all in one. Thank you for your flexibility, your genuine care and ultimately sharing in my joy of improvement. Lydia, you are a gem, thank you.

I had an incredible experience at Athletico. From the very beginning they listened to my concerns, kept my goals and lifestyle at top of mind, and curated a program that was doable, yet challenging, ultimately helping me walk away pain free. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and my therapist was fantastic. I was nervous to begin PT but am SO thankful I did it and it's all because of the people at Athletico! I definitely recommend and will return if ever needed.

I had a great experience overall. I’ll admit, after my initial phone call to schedule an appointment, I was a bit concerned about the level of professionalism. However, once that was sorted out and I began working with my physical therapist , Dr. Lydia, those concerns quickly faded and everyone is very professional.
Dr. Lydia is amazing, she genuinely cares and made my entire experience a positive one. Thank you to the Athletico team, and a special thanks to you, Dr. Lydia. You’re great!
