Customers appreciate the quick measuring service and timely installation, often receiving their new carpets within a week. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations on paint colors to enhance the new carpet's look. Overall, the business is highly recommended for its expertise and professional work, making clients feel like family throughout the process.
This review is way overdue! Nichole was fabulous to work with and walked me through the entire process. I was not able to meet her in the condo where I was getting the carpet replaced, however, she sent photos of the various samples in the unit. She provided her expert opinion and took the time to match the carpet and use a requested manufacturer. All of these steps took time and Nichole went above and beyond in supporting me. If that weren't enough, Nichole, at a cost to her, changed out the transition strip between the carpet and tile.
The entire process from start to finish was easy and stress free. I highly recommend S&S Flooring Studio and Nichole.
