Not gonna lie, I entered the address for directions, I immediately saw the bad reviews and got nervous. It was to late for me to cancel and we went to my sons appt. We were greated with smiles and great attitudes. Once called back the lady checking in my son was cheerful and explained what was happening today. Then Lisa Deafenbaugh, PA came in and she was absolutely a gem. She was so explanitory and positive. The rn nurse came in did my son's allergy testing. She was so sweet was quick, efficient, and did her job well. Then the Dr returned and spent more time with us explaining results, suggestions, and helpful tips going forward. Honestly I was so anxious to go through allergy testing after my PCP referred me but wow what an amazing experience! The women at the front desk were so helpful and kind. I instantly felt very welcomed. When I did finally go back the nurse I believe Mia was very kind as well. She explained everything that would be happening in the process and was able to answer any questions I had. She was awesome and kept great conversation, which helped a lot during the testing process. Dr. Pendell was awesome as well! He thoroughly explained my allergens as well as the follow up process. Good quality of service and a doctor I saw was very attentive. She took her time. She seemed to legitimately worried about my care. The care I received was great. The office was clean and the people were very courteous. I went there for a breathing problems and they helped out. I recommend this place if you're having trouble. The doctor I saw, went above and beyond.
