My first time there, and was very happy. My masseuse was very aware and accommodated really well. Will be back. The front desk seemed very preoccupied but was getting the job done. She could use a helper during the busy moments! It would be nice to ask about her day as well when checking in!

The lady that answers the phone to make appointments could be one of the more miserable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to.

I have always enjoyed and highly recommended Fuller School to several people for massages and to attend their school. With Mother’s Day approaching, I recalled my boys had given me a certificate for a 1& 1/2 hour massage. I saw it had an expiration date of 01/01/22 so I called to see if they would honor it or even the value from 2022. The answer was no. I absolutely understand that is the “policy” but as a former local business owner who also offered gift certificates - I always honored the certificate, to me, money is money. In this case, the therapist would still get tipped and the money was already spent. I asked if there was anything at all that they could offer and I was told “unfortunately, we can’t”. The reality is you can, but you choose not to. There is a difference. Very disappointing they wouldn’t offer something. Again, I completely understand “rules” and “policies”, but was hoping there might be some understanding or offering extended. They have never been the warmest or friendliest when checking in or booking an appointment, but the therapists there were always top notch.

My main complaint is that I never get the full time that I pay for. My sessions start late and end early even though I am early to the appointments. They are often inconsistent and I never know if I’m going to leave feeling worse or better. I feel like if I’m paying for an hour, that time starts when the massage therapist lays their hands on me - not when they ask me to change and then take forever to re enter the room for the appointment- and then have the audacity to end the massage 10-15 minutes early. I’m paying for an hour massage. Not a 30minute massage. I think there needs to be some coaching in this and not to rush through peoples massages . The front desk also needs etiquette training and better customer service. For some reason this place always hires snappy , impersonable, rude receptionists . I understand you are busy juggling multiple things at once but if doing that overwhelms you to the point of rudeness then you should reconsider the line of work you are in. Maybe the company needs to get with the times and update their check in and booking procedures.

Saw Susana for the first time today, also my first time here. She was absolutely phenomenal. Very kind, perfect pressure, and felt very in tune with being able to listen to how my body reacted to her work!
