I have been taking my dogs and cats to Acredale for almost 30 years. Dr. Alex is fantastic with my Siamese! I drive the extra miles just to take him to be treated by her. She is the best!!
Thankful I was able to get an urgent care appointment the same day. The doctor listened to my concerns about my dog's anxiety & heart issues, answered any questions that I had about CBD, and even offered counseling if i wanted to talk about my other dog that I had to euthanize two weeks prior. They try to keep costs down by only giving a weeks worth of medication to make sure it works first. Told me to call back if it wasnt so that they could adjust the dosage. I appreciated the staff taking time to clean up my dog after he had an accident so that he did not have to travel home messy.
I’m always more anxious than Luna when she’s around other pets but the staff at Acredale are the bestest. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. And the Dr takes her time answering all of my questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Luna and I say “Thank you”
