The entire staff is friendly and Pleasant! Dr Alex is a true professional!

Technician and staff were friendly, considerate and really care about my dog.

Let me start by saying we have been long time patients of the Kempsville location. Since 2020 or so, we switched to the Lynnhaven location out of convenience. I was thrilled to find Dr. Gershon at this location as she is our absolute favorite. Always a pleasure seeing her as she is quite personable and often offers different options for treatment plans that might be more cost effective for us pet parents. Unfortunately, this most recent visit we were seen by Dr. Montgomery. She offered complete and total opposite care that we have previously been treated with in all our years at either location. She was not personable and quite abrasive. Our visit was very short and to the point in the worst way. I will spare any further details, but as a long time animal lover, pet owner, and someone who is very active in the fostering community in VB, I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone. The receptionist with her kind and beyond friendly demeanor really saved me from possibly embarrassing myself by lashing out in regards to our treatment from Dr. Montgomery. If not for her, I would be inclined to leave a 1 start review.

Our last vet left the profession so, after reading reviews, I decided to take our dog and cat here. The vets and vet techs are kind and caring and are super helpful.

Punctuality is what take us to Acredale and Honest Services as always…

I have been taking my dogs and cats to Acredale for almost 30 years. Dr. Alex is fantastic with my Siamese! I drive the extra miles just to take him to be treated by her. She is the best!!

I'm not a new visitor to Acredale Animal Hospital. I always liked them and still do.
