A1 is a locally owned repair company. It was refreshing to have someone so skilled and professional work on my pool. Mr. C is honest and dedicated to completing the job and his expertise is so hard to find. His pricing is fair. I have used less professional and less knowledgeable companies in the past but now A1 is my permanent pool repair technician for the future.

Mr. Chester provided exceptional customer service. He is very knowledgeable; when the jacuzzi stopped working, I thought the motor stop working. After troubleshooting, Mr. Chester determined the cause of the malfunction and fixed it with a minor repair. The pricing was more than reasonable! Highly recommend.

Chester (the owner) was very prompt and great to deal with. My pool pump quit working and he was able to locate parts and give me options for repair or replacement. The service call was completed in a timely manner and he was very professional. I would definitely use his company again.
