When water damage comes out of nowhere, it can be a very intimidating process. Greg oversaw every detail, including inspection, immediate water mitigation (extraction/drying), cleaning, sanitation, and final repair/reconstruction with excellence. He navigated the insurance process, and was so patient and kind every step of the way. He removed every bit of the intimidation factor - and that was priceless!

They were attentive to detail and kept me abreast of pricing. I would definitely recommend 911 Restoration to anyone and I will definitely use them in the future (hopefully no time soon tho 😊)

I have had a wonderful experience with the team at 911 Restoration. Greg initially came out to survey the property and associated, initial damage, and explain the procedural steps moving forward, which put me at ease. He was professional, highly communicative, and I was able to go to him numerous times with any questions I had, no problem. Ron and Jason mitigated the water damage and were prompt, knowledgeable, communicative, approachable, respectful, and consistently hard-working. They displayed attention to detail throughout each step of the process and continually kept the area clean. They shared that they have a true heart for their work, which makes all the difference when undergoing an experience that feels burdensome until you have the right professionals in your corner. Finally, if I had any additional questions, I was able to speak with Hank directly and he answered those, as well as provided reassurance promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend 911 Restoration of Virginia Beach for all your restoration needs.

I called, gave a detailed explanation of what needed done, they said they'd send the info to an agent who would call me to schedule inspection. I get a call the next day, I re-explain everything to the guy on the phone, he schedules me for Monday 3-5. Monday comes and he calls at 420 to let me know he's on route. He then proceeds to ask what did you want checked in your house? I re-explain it for a 3rd time and he says, Oh I won't have time for that today, I wasn't aware that you needed all that checked and I said, we spoke about it the day you first scheduled me, how can you give me a quote if you don't see everything that needs removed? He says my bad, I guess I wasnt listening. That type of inspection requires a fee but because it was my fault, I'll waive the fee. So he rescheduled me for today same time 3-5. It's currently 5:01, no show, no phone call. Quite unprofessional to waste a customer's time and lie on top of that.

I had a problem with a leak the plumber could not find. 911 Restoration came here and within a few minutes found it and gave me advice how to get fixed. After I had it fixed, we called 911 back out and they were here in 2 hours taking my kitchen cabinets out along with my hard wood floors. Such a great company to help me. Thank you Ron and Hank for your hard work and advice.
