Antoine \\u0026 another employee checked all the walls for mold \\u0026 wetness. They pulled out all the carpet \\u0026 vinyl flooring, plus wet insulation in the walls. They were very professional \\u0026 informed me of every aspect of the job. They did an EXCELLENT job \\u0026 I am so thankful for their work !!

As a home owner of over 20 years, and having to file my first homeowners claim, I did not know what to expect. ***** explained every step they will take including what to expect from the insurance company! She eased my fears and concerns with compassion and true empathy. Every member of her team who came to my home was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. ***** has made herself available to me via talk and text. I have spoken to her every day since the initial assessment. Which is more than I can say for my insurance company. She has also stepped in and communicated with my insurance company on my behalf when I could not get a response from them.
