“We regularly board our Malinois here, as well as visit for checkups and treatments.Our dog was recently diagnosed w pancreatitis, we brought him in after a weekend of bed rest at our home. The Old Dominion team took him in on late notice, cared for and treated him, and sent him back home healthy and happy.We particularly appreciate the care of the the staff members Olivia, gave to him. She is gentle and patient. We’ll continue to do business here and would recommend to friends“

“I originally wrote a quick review 8 months ago, didn’t remember it and went in today to write one… and saw what I’d written. I cannot believe how sparse the review is, but tbh there are no words that can express how great this office is overall or how phenomenally gifted and amazing the owners of this clinic are.Our cats have the best care. Absolutely without question, we will do it. No expense is spared (we also have pet insurance so that helps). I would travel a thousand miles (or three) to take our cats to this office. The staff is caring, amazing and overall just awesome. The doctors are … again, there doesn’t seem to be an adequate way to express the level of care pets get here.Dr Q has a holistic/eastern focus and Dr H is her western counterpart. Dr Q also has the western background and can flip easily across worlds but her focus is definitely eastern med. They work independently and also together to figure out the best route of care for your pets. Dr Fjallstrom comes in a few days a week and she is also excellent.Their bedside manner with pets is phenomenal. If they punched me in the face each time I visited, I wouldn’t care because of their approach with animals and how animals respond to them. They do not, in fact, punch anyone in the face (?) but instead they offer the smartest, kindest, absolutely most thoughtful care you can imagine. I’m just saying they are so good - I don’t care how they treat the humans, I’d take it.We’d go to the ends of the earth for our cats. Thankfully, we have this clinic so we don’t have to travel that far.Original: There are no two better veterinarians around than Dr Quatmann and Dr Hickman. We have multiple cats and the experience at VWC is better than any we have ever experienced.“

“I just moved here, so my experience compares this facility to my facility experiences where I used to live.Friendly, courteous, quick. Now I am sure it depends on the day and business at the time…. But, I was used to waiting up to 8 hours sometimes (in my car!) to be seen. Your team kept it more personal, which was great.It didn't feel like going to the ER, it felt more like going to the local vet. Wait time was not hours. Staff was friendly and attentive.The vet was descriptive and helpful. She made sure everything was thoroughly taken care of, even calling a specialist for consultation. I was pleased with her attention and dedication. She was friendly and not rude!“
