My baby, Sadie, is happy and excited when we arrive AND when she's picked up! The staff is friendly, and I never have to wait. It makes me feel great knowing her Vet, groomer and boarding house are all under the same roof!

Yesterday was our first experience with the animal care center of Salem. We found out that our cat had cancer and had to euthanize him. The staff here are wonderful. They were kind and gentle with Stephen and wonderful to my son and I also. I would recommend them to anyone! They also could have charged me a lot of money for tests that weren't necessary and didn't. The prices are extremely reasonable and everyone from the receptionist to the vet was empathetic. My son and I appreciate all of your kindness in our time of grief. Thank you for all you do! We will be back with our dog Yo-yo.

I've taken my 11-year-old rescue Corgi mix here since she was 6 months old, I've taken my 4-year-old rescue cat since I got him last year, and now we've accidentally adopted a 12-year-old Maltese with multiple health issues and I didn't hesitate. Dr Noel got her diagnosed, started the appropriate meds, and she showed drastic improvement in just a few days. You'll never go wrong bringing your babies here.
