My experience with United Air Temp was mixed. During last week’s heat wave, my AC developed a problem: water was flowing back through the drain pipe due to a clog. The first technician who came out did an okay job, but the issue persisted—he wasn’t able to find the cause or location of the clog, and the water kept coming.
Then Bobby from the AC team arrived. From the moment he started, he quickly identified the cause of the backup, located the clog, and repaired the entire drain line connected to the AC.
