Worked with Neal Hughes at the UVA location . He was very professional , considerate , informative and always great conversation which made you feel at ease through this process . Neil was wonderful. Though I've had eye issues my whole life, this was my first time actually getting a prosthetic shell to cover my deformed eye. It was a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the experience was personalized and fun. All of my questions were answered and I enjoyed learning all about the process.
I understand not everyone comes into this process with the same background I do, but I cannot recommend them enough. My shell looks wonderful and has given me a boost of confidence in my appearance. I look forward to coming back for my next shell in the future!
