I'm sure the groomers are skilled, although I can't reach them to in any way to find out! Terrible customer service! If you are unable to take new clients, update the website and voice-mail message and create a waitlist.

Beware if your pet weights more than 5-6 lbs. Prices quoted are for a chihuahua (under 5-6 lbs). Website does not state weight as determining the cost grooming. Owner does not state even when talked to on phone before treatment. After treatment, the groomer could not tell me why the $80 fee went to $130. The owner could not explain on the phone. In a text, owner informed me that the prices listed are for a pet under 5-6 lbs. Groomer also 'shaved' my dog versus trimmed. I specifically requested that the dog be trimmed. Excellent groomer!!! I highly recommend them if you are looking for this kind of service to come to your house, instead of going out these days. The whole process was easy and professional. The van was sparkling clean. Ryan arrived on time, and he was wearing a mask and gloves. He was so kind with our dog, a Coton de Tulear. Her cut is so lovely. When he was finished I saw him cleaning the van , even spraying and washing down the stairs of the van, before departing. Call them now for your next grooming.
