I've been bringing all of my dogs to Pet Star for about 4-5 years. I have a Shih Tzu and a Coton de Tulear and they do an amazing job with them. They always groom them exactly the way I ask them to and the results are always super cute and very consistent. I also like the fact that they text me as soon as they're done so I can run over and pick them up instead of leaving them there all afternoon. I'd highly recommend Pet Star to anyone in search of an excellent dog groomer.
I love this pet salon so much I wasn’t sure if I wanted to write a review in case more people come. This is the only salon I’ll take my cats too. The service, attention to detail, and the way they take care of my cats is unparalleled. I can go home without worrying at all because I know that the groomers here will treat my pets as their own. This is easily the best pet salon I’ve ever been too, and one of the only ones that can handle cats. And the charms they put are the cutest!
Pet Star was an absolute life saver! I tried to diy my shih tzu's haircut on a whim (do not recommend) and ended up giving her a terrible mohawk. I called Pet Star to make a next-day appointment and they were able to squeeze her in last minute! They did a wonderful job and she now looks like a completely different dog. Will definitely be coming back.
