Coldest week before the 2025 winter kicks in and a screeching sound came from the heater. We were scared that it was no longer working. Steve came and was so kind & just found a filter that had torn. I’ve been using Air Treatment Company for several years and have always been very happy with their service. Their staff are polite, knowledgeable, and always on time, and they keep me informed every step of the way. After a recent service, my unit wasn’t working properly and I wasn’t satisfied with how things turned out. After I expressed this to them, the owner personally called me to make it right and fixed my compressor free of charge. He called me every step of the way to give me updates and keep me informed. Air Treatment is always extremely responsive and friendly. Their prices are very fair. They've performed many jobs at both my businesses and my home, and they're the first ones I call when I have an issue. One of the owners, Phil, is just a genuinely nice guy. This is a true employee-owned business, send them your work and you won't be disappointed!
