My mother got gels done here and 6 weeks later they were still looking amazing and she was still happy. more than that - I convinced my husband to try a pedicure here and he loved it! They were nice and explained everything to him and now we're here for our third visit lol. We've never had anything but a good time and been treated nicely every time we come in. “Miyu is a *gorgeous* studio space--serene, inviting, and cocooning in the best ways--with terrific classes and instructors, and a wonderful, really uniquely wide range of offerings. There's terrific mat pilates, a range of yoga styles, small-group reformer pilates, sound baths, even aerial yoga, and allllll kinds of fun workshops! Feels like a beautiful little escape from the hectic rush of the area.

I love taking classes and workshops here...so much so that I became an instructor about a year ago, and have felt so embraced, uplifted and supported by the owner and teaching and student communities. I've met some of my absolute favorite workshop collaborators here and folks I know will be in my life for a long, long time.

(There's also non-toxic nailcare in the front, and you'd never guess if you didn't see the stations because there's absolutely no chemical smell at all. I haven't taken advantage of this service yet but can't wait to try it sometime! Have heard great things.)“
