I have some fairly complicated back issues and have seen several chiropractors over the years. No one has helped me the way Dr. Felix has. My progress hasn’t always been a straight line, and I’ve had setbacks along the way, often because I’ve done something to aggravate my back again. Every time, he listens, reassesses what is happening, and somehow figures out how to get me moving in the right direction again.
One of the most incredible examples actually had nothing to do with my back. I came home from a trip unable to hear properly out of one ear. It was painful, I hadn’t been swimming, and I had absolutely no idea what was causing it and the doctors just wanted to give meds which were not helping. I mentioned it to Dr. Felix during my appointment. He worked on the area around my neck and within minutes, I could hear again. It genuinely felt like something had opened up. I was stunned.
But what really sets this practice apart is how much they care about their patients. Dr. Felix and Dr. Maria are warm, friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in the relationships they build with the people they treat. Dr. Felix has always made himself available when I’ve needed him, and I have never felt like I was just another appointment on the schedule.
When you’re dealing with chronic or complicated issues, finding someone you trust makes all the difference. After years of seeing different chiropractors, I can confidently say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. There really is no one better.”
