I had been experiencing right knee pain while squatting, and I'm thrilled to say that my experience with Dr. Kowarski has been excellent. For my first visit, he took an x-ray of my knee, and went over the reasons why I am having issues. In just a few sessions, I experienced significant relief.Along with chiropractic adjustments, they also provided exercises to do outside the office.The combination of adjustments and exercises has made a noticeable difference in my knee pain. I highly recommend Dr. Kowarski for anyone dealing with similar issues.

Very happy with Palmercare Chiropractic practice. Always professional, friendly staff, and punctual care. Dr. Kowarski has been very effective in pinpointing the issues and treating them. I hope to continue association for any future needs also.

Dr. K and his staff are wonderful and very professional! I highly recommend! Dr. K is extremely caring and genuinely there to help and make you feel better! This is the first chiropractor I have been to and had my hesitations. But honestly I am so happy that I decided to go and was referred to Dr. K. If you are hesitant, DON’T BE!! You will not regret it! His staff is also the friendliest people and always cheerful!Again, I highly recommend Dr. K :)
