Love the service. I had eyebrows, upperlip, and chin threading. Clera got me in and out. Its locatec on the second floor in the hallway by Banana Republic and Aunt Annies pretzels nearby. My face feels smooth. Clera is the first person I let touch my eyebrows and I’ll be back. Very satisfied. And they have waxing services.

I liked the eyebrow threading place that was here before --I was hoping that it was just a name change, but I was mistaken. The person that did my brows was on the phone the entire time with someone and just said "stretch, hold" twice. The threading was pretty painful and my eyes watered despite my best efforts. The technician also put on the after-threading lotion without asking if I wanted it and then said "done." I won't be returning back to this location, even though it is $1 cheaper than my local threading salon. The one by me has nicer staff, asks for my review after the threading is complete, asks if I want them cleaned up or shaped, and doesn't feel torturous....read full review

I went here based on a recommendation from a client after letting my brows go for about two years. I am afraid of anyone touching my eyebrows because they always come out too thin like in the 90s. I was thrilled with the results. My technician was friendly and did a superb job. I would return, no question.
