I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went there for a wax, and afterward my skin became extremely red and started burning. The burning continued throughout the night and was still present the next morning.

The waxing itself was also uncomfortable, and I felt that the skin was rubbed and handled too much afterward. I was told that the wax they used was a good-quality “honey wax,” but unfortunately, my skin had a very bad reaction.

I’m sharing my experience so other customers can be aware and be careful, especially when getting sensitive-area waxing. I expected professional and careful service, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

One of the worst mani/pedi I ever had. The staff are nice but the quality of their work is really bad. Example in the photo, see the cuticles? This is a couple of ours after the treatment!!

Oh! Also my massage chair wasn’t working and the didn’t even bother mentioning that or moving me to another one (many chairs were available)

I’m very disappointed with my experience here and unfortunately would not recommend this salon.

It hasn’t even been a full week since I got my gel manicure, and the gel is already lifting and peeling from the bottom on multiple nails. For a gel manicure, I definitely expected it to last much longer than this.

I also showed them the exact colors I wanted for both my manicure and pedicure, but the final colors looked nothing like what I had asked for. I’m going to include a photo of the nail color I showed them so you can see the difference between what I asked for and what I actually received.
