They answered any and all questions we had. They were gentle with our baby. And today we picked up her ashes and I’m just amazed at what they did. They put her nose print and paw print on paper. They made a stone with her paw print and her name and birth stone on it. And as much as I miss my baby I’m happy all around with our experience with them.“
