“I love this vet and they would get 5 stars but over the years I’ve always had issues with one thing: the checking out process. They need to check you out in the exam room so you can then just leave. Every time I exit the exam room I have to wait 10 minutes in the lobby with all the other animals and customer who are also either waiting to check out or waiting for a room—which is fine—but then I go to pay and I’m trying to keep my dog calm, pull out my cash or card, sign, get medication, and discuss post treatment. This is usually all one handed since I have my dog attached to me. It would be so much more fluid to complete everything in the exam room then walk straight out.”
