Excellent carpet clean and tile refurbish. Carpet smells and looks terrific -four rooms and stairs. Tile was first cleaned then the grout was renewed. Tile looks new. Chris and his crew schedule quickly, arrive in a timely manner and expertly complete each project as well as efficiently clean up after. Personable and respectful of property. Reasonable pricing.
We bought a flower arrangement for our Granddaughter's college graduation. I told the nice gentleman what colors I wanted and what kind of flowers, and behold, I got exactly what I wanted, they are beautiful, and they smell so lovely. When I picked them up the gentleman (a different one, was so nice informative, I really appreciated the service I received. I told him, when I get flowers for anything (birthdays and etc.) my family always get them from Essex Florist, so I knew they would be beautiful. I've been to many hair salons in my time. Rivah Hair Salon was suggested to me as a nice place for my final search in getting my hair services done. 5* place. Nice atmosphere and people. Yep, I've found my search in salons. So glad it was suggested. All other places I found in Tappahannock didn't have the personal experience and attitudes made me feel unwelcomed.

Had my annual system inspection done today. I remain very happy with the decision to contract with VFS to encapsulate my crawlspace. John did his usual great job with the inspection and exceeded my expectations by identifying and completing a few things needing done beyond the inspection checklist. That's definitely value added!
I've been going there for years and years (when they were in Warsaw) and for the most part they're great. But there's a LOT of different staff and some aren't top notch. But then again, MOST of them are super caring, wonderful people that really do their job superbly and then some just... don't. But I would totally give them a chance if you need help. They've really helped me.
