100 out of 10!!! Call them!! I thought what was just a dead battery was actually a completely busted starter. It started as a jump, turned into a tow, and some great mechanics working on a Saturday helped some Pittsburghers 5 hours into a beach trip and 3 hrs away from their destination. Offered seats and popsicles, what seemed like a dooms day moment quickly turned for the better, thanks to Mike and his wonderful team!!! Thank you for going above and beyond for us, we’ll forever be grateful. PS they wouldn’t even accept our Tip for being the best of the best ! Can’t ask for better people!
We got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, Tappahannock. One Call was there within 15 minutes. Sometimes service with tow companies can be hit or miss... One Call was definitely a hit! The service was fast, then gentleman who helped us was kind and funny, and they are fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them over any other company!
Even though they did not service me, they were honest and pointed me in the right direction so I wouldn't get ripped off. Highly appreciated and super friendly on the phone. Thank you for your help!
