I highly recommend Virginia Building Solutions! They helped us to build our new house after a devastating fire that destroyed everything that we had. Not only were they efficient, but they were also very accommodating while working with us to the point of making us feel like family! They are still there for us today, five years later. It was a real blessing to have found them!

Had my annual system inspection done today. I remain very happy with the decision to contract with VFS to encapsulate my crawlspace. John did his usual great job with the inspection and exceeded my expectations by identifying and completing a few things needing done beyond the inspection checklist. That's definitely value added!

I first met John back in 2006 when I was interviewing various builders for my home in Williamsburg. John was the clear choice. People often talk about how building a house is the hardest thing they had done, how it stressed them out, etc. I had none of that . The whole process and experience was easy and fun. John took care of everything. The finished product was perfect!Things went so well with that house, that when we decided to move to Newport News 5 years later, I reached out to John to do house #2.
