Very pleased with the service of staff and care received by Dr. Dairman at his downtown Suffolk office. The doctor explained everything and answered my questions clearly. He is personable and kind.

Dr. Misseri, the front office staff, and the MA were all fantastic. I made an appointment for my son with Dr. Misseri because of the high-quality care I received at this practice. However, my negative experience with the practice manager, Ms. Caylor, caused me to reconsider my opinion of the practice. My son recently turned 18 and did not have a state-issued ID, only a school ID. Ms. Caylor told me that it was a state law that patients seeking care must present an ID. I knew this was false. I offered to pay out of pocket because I thought the ID requirement was possibly an insurance billing issue. She finally admitted that it was a company policy. I love my doctor and his staff. This office is a well run and customer oriented. All the smiles and professionalism made me feel welcome. The doctor was informative and kind to my feet. He did not try to upsell me into services but he did take the time to explain my options and the benefits of the treatments. Because he was so gentle and caring, I did opt for orthotics and they have been a blessing to me. The orthotic fit like a glove and they are made out of premium materials very durable. I move them from gardening shoes, to running shoes and my office loafers with ease. they have a great selection of footwear for all seasons.
