All of the people with this office really care. They are all patient, knowledgeable, and always available. They are very easy to work with. I don’t know what we would do without them.
I cannot say enough about the care that my father has received from our Suffolk Home Instead Aid, Jamie. We have used several different agencies over the past year and had good experiences with all of our aids, but none as amazing as Jamie. I hope that Home Instead realizes what a gem of an employee they have in this woman. She goes above and beyond every day to ensure that the needs of her clients are met. Moreover, she truly cares for her clients and never acts like her visit “is just a job”. She is accountable, reliable, personable and the hardest worker I have ever met in my life. I have been involved with this Suffolk, VA franchise of HISC since August 2018. This is the most heartfelt and love encompassing group of people I have ever been involved with. From my first interview to now they are “ All In “ with their families, their clients and their Care Givers. No matter the need they are there to listen, Work with specialty requests, hold hands and hearts, and respect - High Respect - from beginning to end. This will be my final Retirement place of Employment
