I have had several of my families use Home Instead for Private Duty Care. Their care team have been pleasant and holds a high standard when it comes to customer care. We had a caregiver (Dawn) was very sweet and caring towards our resident. We are very happy with Home Instead.
All of the people with this office really care. They are all patient, knowledgeable, and always available. They are very easy to work with. I don’t know what we would do without them.
I cannot say enough about the care that my father has received from our Suffolk Home Instead Aid, Jamie. We have used several different agencies over the past year and had good experiences with all of our aids, but none as amazing as Jamie. I hope that Home Instead realizes what a gem of an employee they have in this woman. She goes above and beyond every day to ensure that the needs of her clients are met. Moreover, she truly cares for her clients and never acts like her visit “is just a job”. She is accountable, reliable, personable and the hardest worker I have ever met in my life. Whatever you are paying her, it’s not enough. She should be the trainer for your entire company, IMHO. She puts the heart in Home Instead.
