I have been to Folk City 3 times: my 2nd lobe piercings, rook piercing, and rook downsizing, and I will continue to come here for any new piercings!! Heather has done all of my new piercings, and for anyone nervous about getting their first piercing (or their first piercing in a long time), this is your place to go. Heather is super sweet and answered all of my questions. I am happy to go back :)
