Must say these folks are delightful from the Check-in Associate, Morrell, to the Dental Assistant, Vicky, to the Dentist, Dr. Park, and, finally, but not least, Mary, Operations Lead. Frankly, I’ve not had recent, positive dental experiences and we are looking for a new home. This may prove to be an excellent office! Thank you for a first appointment evaluation and setting me up for a needed procedure. The decision as to whether to go through another painful upper mouth root canal ( as with another office) without comfort anesthesia didn’t appeal, so we opted to have the crown and molar removed—then will decide on what next to fill the space. Everything has been great! Before I had my surgery for my dentures everything was explained clearly from the financial side to what I would expect after surgery and moving forward. The staff is also very lovely people. Make this your place if you're thinking about getting a new smile because I love mine!
My techs were amazing. They were very knowledgeable in fitting my denture and appliances wven though I have very sensitive palate and swallowing issues. The billing personnel understood my needs and understood my financial constants. The front desk was very friendly and professional. I give it 5 stars
