Incredible experience. Accepts Tricare. Dr. Lotz and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I just left the office with my 8 year old son, and feel so lucky to have found such a patient doctor to sit down and make sure his prescription was right. This has not been my experience at other offices. I cannot recommend enough.

Awesome! First class service and care from start to finish. The staff is really great and very kind - every visit every call the best! My family and I have been going here for a decade+ and have been treated with respect since day one. Ty Dr. Lotz and team!

After looking up the frames I purchased, I found out the glasses come with case and premium cleaning cloth. However, when I picked up my glasses I received the case but no cleaning cloth. When I asked, I was told I would have to purchase one, not knowing one was supposed to come with. Now thinking this is an underhand way of charging customers more money. (Took another star off for this)
