If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! Corey and CNS were amazing. I had a horrible stoppage after hours on a Friday and they had to drive an hour to get to my location in Boykins. Corey and his partner came out (nobody else wanted to drive that far ..I was desperate!) and worked on my stoppage diligently. He also worked with the city employees to get my clean out installed. He had to come back a second day and also assisted me with a partial reimbursement from my home warranty plan after we thought I didn't have coverage for the particular repair. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CNS to ANYBODY. Fast, professional, honest, and efficient. I really didn't have the extra money to pay for the emergency service at the time and I'm not sure what price point is average, but I would 100% choose CNS again. This company did an amazing job on my water heater issue. They likely saved my marriage and kept my kids from revolting after two weeks without real hot water. Lol They were communicative, friendly and extremely professional. They identified my issue, communicated a clear deadline for completion, and delivered. The owner Corey, personally followed up with me the next day to ensure everything was running smoothly. I would definitely refer their services to family and friends.
