Our realtor Garrett Williams has recommended Kevin Brooks to conduct inspection of the house we are looking to buy. Kevin arrived on site not only on time but a little early and diligently inspected the outside of the house. When inside he was all business and very professional. Organized, knowledgeable and personable. He’s got a great sense of humor, too. He explained everything well, provided a detailed report with pictures; concentrated on the most significant items. Mr. Brooks inspected my 89 yo mother's home because she had many concerns about her older home. He was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, ethical, and attentive to her questions. He addressed each of her concerns and spent a good amount of time inspecting each and every one of them. He was very good at explaining his findings and had pictures to support his findings and recommendations. And I was delighted at how patient he was with her questions. I wish I could give him 10 stars.
