Top notch treatment! We were able to be seen quickly. Our hygienist was super sweet and helpful and my little girl loves her! We saw Dr. Brett on our first visit and he also, was very kind, knowledgeable and informative. The front desk staff are very friendly, patient and willing to help! I would recommend this practice to anyone! Thank you for making the dentist office a pleasant experience for us!

Update... little sad. Today my son aged out of the office. He's been go there twice a year since he was like 3 or 4. He's turning 16. Doc walked him out to his car today. Bittersweet. We are gonna miss this place. Especially my son. Times sure does fly. Loved knowing we were there from the start. ❤🧡💛 happy Mom tears.. lol
Been taking my son to this office for years. He gets major anxiety going to the dentist and with his circumstances he goes twice a year. The staff make him feel at ease and help settle his nerves. And the Doc is awesome. So informative and friendly. Kid oriented, overall great place,!! Plus, in and out and to a busy mom. Yes please!!!! 🤓 thanks All Kids Dental!

We’ve been here twice for my 5 yr old to have some work done, both times with Dr Joe and have had an amazing experience each time. They are so great with making my son feel comfortable and he said it was painless each time. I couldn’t have asked for better care in a dental practice—would highly recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after today’s experience I feel obligated to speak up.
We have been patients at All Kids Dental in Suffolk for several years and have had positive experiences in the past, particularly with Ms. Taylor and Dr. Brett Wilson, who were patient and compassionate with my child.
Unfortunately, today’s experience with Dr. Joe Wilson was deeply upsetting and caused me to lose trust in this practice.
Before the exam, I made clear that my child may need patience and space. As soon as the dental mirror was placed in his mouth, my son became distressed and started screaming. I told the dentist my son needed space, but the exam continued rather than stopping to allow him to regulate. I ultimately stopped the exam and left.
As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch my child feel overwhelmed and unheard. I was concerned about how distressing this experience felt for him.
I later spoke with the office manager, Ms. Elizabeth, who was empathetic and apologetic, and I appreciated her taking the time to speak to me. She explained they have accommodations for autistic children, but respectfully, I believe no child—autistic or not—should have their distress ignored when they are clearly signaling they need a pause.
In my opinion, the situation was not handled with the patience and sensitivity my child needed. It raised concerns for me about respecting children’s boundaries during care and how fearful or overwhelmed children are supported during appointments.
I strongly encourage additional training in supporting anxious and neurodivergent children and de-escalation practices when a child is in visible distress.
I’m sharing this so other parents can make informed decisions and because I believe these concerns deserve attention.
